> How Specify plans are structured and where to find current pricing and limits.

Specify offers personal and team plans. Choose one based on how much developer documentation you write and maintain and on your AI workload.

## Plan overview

| **Free** | Getting started organizing personal context | Basic AI usage, unlimited documents, 100MB storage, collaboration tool integrations |
| **Pro** | Individuals with recurring work | More AI usage than the Free plan, 1GB storage, GPT and Claude models, daily briefing and AI agent teammate |
| **Max** | Individuals with heavier AI workloads | 5× the AI usage of Pro, 10GB storage |
| **Team** | Team collaboration | More generous per-seat AI usage than Pro (shared workspace pool), 2GB per seat, role-based permissions, shared team-level background delegation |
| **Enterprise** | Large organizations | Unlimited AI usage, SSO, audit log, custom storage |

## Free trial and billing cycle

- A **14-day free trial** is available on the Pro and Team plans. On the Max plan, paid features start right after payment.
- Choose **annual billing** to get 2 months free compared with monthly billing.
- You can start on the Free plan without a credit card.

## Change plans

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, and changes take effect immediately.

## Roles on the Team plan

The Team plan supports four roles (Owner, Admin, Editor, and Viewer), and you can add up to 100 members per workspace. See [Invite your team and manage roles](/en/workspace/members).
